‘Picnic’ Antibes is a new and creative vegetarian/ plant-based take-away venue situated in the old town of Antibes, France.
Founded by New Zealander Nick Tempest, head chef and creator of vegan sanctuary, ‘Koko Green’ in Nice and Scottish hotel manager/ former superyacht chief stewardess, Holly Springham.
‘We discovered that there was a gap in the market for a slightly different offering here; International and healthy vegetarian food with a creative slant. We joined forces and decided to create a cool modern space for the foodies that love the outdoors, like us. Tasty, elevated lunch creations matched with interesting food and drinks. All vegetarian and vegan, all homemade.’
The offering will comprise of loaded, fresh and creative salads, wraps, sandwiches and accompaniments, vegan desserts and artisanal drinks and snacks.
Living in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, it makes sense to provide a service for picnic people like us to have everything they need in one venue, and knowing that it’s going to be quality, nourishing, creative and locally sourced whenever possible.
Everyone loves a picnic, and this place is without a doubt going to uplift the food scene in Antibes, and especially the picnic scene in the south of France.
